The exact service, duration, price, inclusions, delivery method and start date are stated in the written offer, invoice, checkout or programme confirmation supplied before payment.

3. Assessment and acceptance

Submitting an assessment or application does not guarantee acceptance. We may request further information, recommend medical clearance, propose a preparatory pathway or decline to provide a service when it would be unsafe or unsuitable. Clients must provide complete and accurate information and promptly disclose relevant changes.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in South African rand unless stated otherwise. The full price and any applicable fees are disclosed before payment. Payment may be processed by an approved third-party payment provider displayed at checkout. MyFitHaus does not store complete payment-card details.

  • Complete required screening and consent forms honestly.
  • Follow safety instructions and use appropriate equipment and training environments.
  • Stop exercise and seek appropriate assistance if concerning symptoms occur.
  • Attend booked sessions and communicate cancellations within the required period.
  • Use programmes only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Programme access and intellectual property

Training plans, videos, written materials, assessments, dashboards, coaching methods, templates and branding remain the intellectual property of MyFitHaus or its licensors. A client receives a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use materials for the agreed coaching period. Materials may not be copied, resold, published, shared or used to coach others without written permission.

7. Results

Training outcomes vary according to health status, adherence, recovery, nutrition, experience and other individual factors. MyFitHaus provides structured, science-informed coaching but does not guarantee a particular race time, body-composition result, performance score or competitive outcome.

8. Cancellations, refunds and service delivery

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy and Service Delivery Policy form part of these terms. Statutory rights under applicable South African law remain unaffected.

9. Health and risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks. The Fitness and Health Disclaimer applies to all services. MyFitHaus is not a medical provider and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy and POPIA Notice. Health, injury and symptom information is used only as reasonably necessary for screening, safety, programme design and coaching administration.

11. Suspension or termination

MyFitHaus may suspend or end service where a client fails to pay, behaves abusively, misuses materials, repeatedly disregards safety instructions or provides materially false screening information. Any financial adjustment will be handled fairly and in accordance with the applicable agreement and consumer law.

12. Complaints and disputes

Please first send complaints to siya@myfithaus.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and work toward a fair resolution. These terms are governed by South African law. Consumers retain the right to approach an appropriate consumer-protection or regulatory body.

13. Changes

We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated where reasonably required.
