Customer journey

Service Delivery.

MyFitHaus uses an assessment-first coaching process so the service offered matches the client’s needs, readiness and training environment.

Effective date: 27 August 2026

1. Enquiry and assessment

A prospective client reviews the relevant service information and completes an assessment, application or enquiry form. No payment is required merely to submit the V1 assessment unless clearly stated otherwise.

2. Review and recommendation

MyFitHaus reviews the submitted information and may request clarification, recommend medical clearance, propose a preparatory pathway or recommend a suitable coaching option. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

3. Offer and price

Before payment, the client receives or is shown the selected service, duration, delivery format, inclusions, start arrangements, full price and applicable terms. The client has an opportunity to review the transaction and correct errors before final payment.

4. Payment and confirmation

Payment is made through the method or secure payment provider shown on the invoice or checkout. After successful payment, the client receives confirmation and the next onboarding or delivery instructions through email, the agreed coaching platform or another agreed communication channel.

5. Delivery formats

  • In-person or house-call sessions: delivered at the agreed location, date and time.
  • Online live sessions: delivered through the video-meeting platform stated in the booking confirmation.
  • Online coaching: delivered through the agreed combination of programme access, email, coaching platform, forms, video calls and messaging support.
  • V1 Blueprint and other structured programmes: delivered according to the agreed start date and release schedule. Where weekly release is part of the service, later weeks are provided progressively rather than as one unrestricted download.
  • Group sessions, simulations and events: delivered at the stated venue and scheduled time, subject to event-specific instructions.

6. Start time

The agreed service begins on the date confirmed in writing or when the first assessment, personalised plan, session, programme material or coaching access is supplied. If no date is agreed, delivery will occur within a reasonable period and no later than the period required by applicable law.

7. Client access

The client is responsible for providing a working email address, compatible device, adequate internet connection and timely access to the agreed platforms. Access credentials and programme materials are personal and may not be shared.

8. Delays and unavailable services

We will communicate material delays as soon as reasonably possible. If MyFitHaus is unable to supply a paid service, the client will be offered an appropriate alternative, credit or refund in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

9. Records and support

Clients should retain invoices, payment confirmations and programme emails as their transaction record. Delivery or access problems should be reported promptly to siya@myfithaus.com or +27 78 240 1107.
